The campaign worked just moderately well compared to other campaigns, but I wouldn't say it was a home run or something I would hang my hat on.So if you are going to market that a portion of your proceeds are donated to charity, you will have to actually donate the proceeds, and it's a good idea to make sure you have a big to-do when you make that donation so everybody knows about it - this could be really good for you.

Forget a sub-2 on a foreclosure, that loan will be on that lender's radar for at least another year and after you bring it current and make payments, they can use the due on sale clause.No option contract or installment contract will help an owner in foreclosure, they need to sell it and pay the loan off, that's it.As to the help you bunch, not Brian P specifically, just all the "investors" with similar stories;Total BS, they are after the freaking house at or near a payoff and trying to wear a white hat in the process by talking up the "help the seller out of foreclosure" stuff!
