Nice restaurant  I was treating about 10 or 12 financial advisors to dinner to talk about what I do and how we could work together.. these were independents who can sell away.by about the 8 or 9th bottle of wine they were feeling no pain and you should have heard them how they talked about their clients and selling them annuities and other products.. basically   well you get the drift.. these were 30 something year old dudes knocking down 200 to 500k year and well just not a nice group..

They paid for the space and it helped offset total costs.Plenty of free time to sight see too.At the end there was a nice dinner and awards.Topics, legal environment, hosing programs, sales and leasing, rehab, development and redevelopment, local demands and marketing, etc.

Get up about 5 AM, have coffee, read BP, post on BP, use the phone, post on BP, eat breakfast, read BP, play with the dog,  use the phone, post on BP, use the phone, go out for lunch, read BP and post, talk to humans, tell them I'm busy on BP, use the phone, talk to other humans, post on BP, go home, post on BP, leave the house, meet humans, stop by the club or watering hole, (2 beers a day keeps my proctologist away) have dinner, speak to more humans, go home, read BP and post, sometimes entertain humans, watch the news or a movie while reading BP, may use the phone, might have a snack,  go to bed about 10PM, go to sleep and post on BP.
