During my 28 years of police patrol work, I can't tell you the thousands of times that I have witnessed great "wailing and gnashing of teeth" as soon to be displaced family members begin to shout, rip their own clothing, beat on their chests and call out the names of deceased family members in an effort to avail a heavenly intercession to prevent being "put out." 

Yesterday I went to the house and there were clothes and boxes inside the house. 

I had a tenant ask to install their own clothes washer because the husband was a mechanic and they wanted something heavy duty.

Guess my question is....so you supply a completely empty unit that was professionally cleaned...and the owner gets bed bugs.....which are typically associated with..... beds, clothing, etc etc......so who is ultimately responsible?

After his shift was over, he changed clothes into a nice suit and tie, then the video shows him running up on a large stage in front of a huge crowd and he yells into his microphone, "Who wants to be rich like me?"

She asked why and he told her that he didn't like her boyfriend because of his clothes and his attitude.

We have a statement from her doctor saying all clothing, bedding, linens, drapes, soft goods, etc., should be replaced in order to ensure against risk of an allergic reaction.This would have never been an issue had the cleanup company -- assigned by the insurance company -- followed proper procedures.So far we are at a stalemate with insurance over the clothing.  

That later emanated through everything when I moved in and contaminated all of my clothes/belongings so I was slightly frustrated of not being told that.

I first offer 48k which was accepted,  then got it down some more after my inspector found the electrical issue (old cloth covered wires, and no grounded outlets).  

Those should all be #12 wire  Think about it, your standing there just out of the shower and circuit breaker trips from high use,,lights go out you cant see to get clothed enough to get to the basement to fix.
