Given your commute, I would definitely ask your realtor to go to the best STR listings and do either live videos (the best, as you can more clarity on the walk through) or take videos and put them on YouTube for you to view later.But, most important is that cash flow investments pencil on paper, and do not have red flags- issues that will negatively impact rentability, value or sellability.
