Main meeting starts after my session.

I told a few friends and family what I was up to and they all rolled their eyes and expected I was headed off to some sales pitch brain washing session.

A personal  one on one tutoring session is in your near future, if you can break away for a few :)Sounds like I'll be seeing your bosses in Chicago in a few as well.

You have to let the "Post" button error out - it will complain about the missing location and you can enter it at that time along with the event start time and the other questions.Please consider adding support for multi-day events, also.My group frequently has events with two sessions: one Friday afternoon and/or evening, and the other all day Saturday.Please consider adding support for distinguishing between events which are dedicated to sales pitches and those events where items may be offered for sale but are not actively pitched during the presentation.

Have you thought about having other local live networking session?

These are all relatively simple projects that don't involve much capitol; just a good planning session and lot of sweaty, dirty, muscle-building work.
