So this provides motivation to press for more details from county Transportation/Safety division regarding traffic impact fees and any restrictions/fees associated with access to the property (i.e. driveways from adjacent road) + specific tap fees or fees from cable, as well.Oh, and -- ha -- there is the matter of financing.

Ha, so clearly this is a buried and sealed unit but it would be helpful to know where the well is dug since they will be digging around the property soon for the sewer and foundation.
