I apologize that I may not be following along with the concept you are trying to help me understand.Related to adjusting price to alter cash flow, I was just thinking that if I purchase the home for a lower price, my principal/interest will be lower because I will be financing less.

I find it hard to believe any insurance carrier worth their salt would not alter the premium based on an increased element of risk.I personally would have the seller deliver the unit vacant.

Sounds like everyone has had a few bad experiences and either moved on or altered their lease to ensure it doesn't happen again.I'm going to stick with dogs and cats to not limit my pool of applicants.

An alteration certificate would also be wise so you don't have multiple pets after they sign the lease.

The title companies I work with don’t send any wire instructions via email anymore, it is all over the phone now because fraudsters can hack your email and intercept/ alter the wire instructions.
