I'd rather not risk a bad review.This is rare for me.The bed skirt is so inexpensive I would rack that up to cost of doing business.

Here is a comp, solid brick with 300 sq ft more and comparable interior, plus a fireplace and a nice wooden fence renting for $1,350.00.Looks like lowering the price could get more people looking.

It was a little nerve racking but I am really excited about it.

By using your card you rack up all sorts of perks like miles.

I asked if I could just at least find out the identification of everyone that is living in my home so that they can be served and charged for destruction of property, and both tell me it is a civil matter and to seek legal counsel (I do and that bill is just racking up without much progress).

I have had tenants install them on the sides of the building where there were wooden beams, and one guy just put one basically on the ground next to the house.

Our experience has been exciting, scary, nerve racking, full of highs and lows, but holy cow do I love this. 

It depends on your local fashions, of course, but you don't see too many wooden counter tops these days. 

After 2-3 years of sitting mostly empty (I racked up a lot of debt during this time), I found a found a renter.
