Funny, my wife got into a shouting match with the buyer at the closing, put her coat on, and was going to walk out.

After I walked the property, found a lot of deferred maintenance, learned that half of the units are in the least desirable part of town and around $100k in repairs and updates.

But I don't even know if I can just attend these meetings , can I just walk in there?

The woman left says she cannot afford to stay alone supporting her children....there is only 2 months left on the lease which we are willing to allow them to walk away from just to be done with the situation but it is becoming extremely heated between the two of them.  

There is no way for us to know how much it would cost without looking at photos or walking the property.$100k is a good number but with a roof and foundation.

(she can walk you up and down on the different rates vs points scenario).  

For the out of state stuff, I have a local GC that walked the property for me and gave me a bid.  

I started my day yesterday awoken by Blackhawk choppers and a convoy of border patrol trucks and boats in front of my house....then by walking to the main road outside my neighborhood to see where they were off to.
