You are not "swinging the hammer" You are not the one dealing with all the inspectors, contractors etc.

I’m in the phase where I’m grinding every single day, swinging the hammer, making sure our helpers have the materials they need at the job site before they get there in the mornings, billing at night, putting out fires on the lawn care side of things (lots of fires...). 

I figure once I got a certain number of doors I could then start hammering down the mortgages with the snowball method to increase my cash flows.

Thanks John, I will actually be looking to just sell the place as at this point, I am just a rehabber, but if your friends would be interested in this place, then I would be glad to talk with them before I start swinging the hammer :)

This topic has been hammered pretty well on BP with several attorneys posting.

His idea of us working together is the two of us swinging hammers in whatever free time we have.

Are you also hammering the same lists everyday (Mon-Sat)  again for a month, then updating it at the beginning of the following month and repeating the process?

With that being said, I have a couple various questions that I hope will stir up a little bit of conversation as well as help me start hammering some things down.
