Especially by asking questions on BP, research, listening to podcast, networking with the market you want to get into.Would you rather spend a week reading about how to work on self development~ or would you rather spend an hour session with a therapist and learn the same thing?

This is partially a vent session, but really I just want to give the city money before I am penalized for not giving them money despite my many attempts to do so. 

It's a mix of on demand videos, live Q&A sessions, and a step-by-step curriculum to help you get your next deal.

But what I would suggest is check out their free strategy session where they will talk through your needs and can schedule you for one of their free webinars, where they educate you on entity structuring and tax strategies.
