Commercial space is very, very different than the residential space.Otto you have a right to your opinion and I respect that.I am not a fit for everyone but can do 10 deals a year and make 1 million in income or more so do not have to work with all buyers.I hope you find a broker you enjoy working with that shares your same philosophies on business.

The philosophy and strategies are similar but the paperwork will obviously change slightly pertaining to local laws.Assuming you can control a mh cheap enough, buyers certainly are available from the test ads we've run.

It's much easier to find someone that's okay with a nice clean home and doesn't mind if it's 10 or 20 years old on the outside but well maintained - that's my philosophy anyway.Now compare this to my last deal I bought at 19K with 10K square feet of land with an older mobile on it that needs 5K in repairs.
