I'm a full time Web and eCommerce entrepreneur looking to get seriously involved in Real Estate investing.Other than purchasing my own home in Houston I have been involved in several out-of-state deals for family members that live overseas.

The truth is though you will likely need to evict all of them eventually because now that young entrepreneur on the couch realizes he figured out a way to have his drinking buddies pay all his rent he will do it again in the future .

I have 15 years experience in running a manufacturing business (kitchen cabinets) but don't have real estate experience.I want to quit my job and become an entrepreneur and after much research, home flipping seems to be my best option.Reading other posts implies that cost of capital is very high in rehab and having cash will provide a competitive advantage.

Also, please know that I have always voluntarily offered information to individuals or Groups (male/females) at No-Charge even though I like any other successful minded person or aspiring entrepreneur or Investor would -- look for honest, sincere, strategic and legally-authorized ways to increase his or her business.  

Always had an entrepreneur side and rentals to me made sense.
