As with all leading property portals,the name of the game is "traffic" in order gain sales.They may give you exposure,but just like amazon product pages,you'll not differ from your competitors,if you just pay the insertion fee,sit back and wait.Your insertion is no more that a web page,as such,web pages require seo/smm in order to gain traffic /sales.

For Visa, consumers are not swiping, because they are not spending as much.

Anytime there are concentrated amounts of assets relatively easily convertible to cash, competitors, and a bit of a "shadow" industry, it will happen.

They are probably my largest competitor in Chicago.

And for the last few years our customer's worry was not the competitor down the street...

So my situation is the extreme, but much the same factors are in play everywhere.You have three competitors to worry about at the auction: the stupid bidder, the wholesaler, and the investor-contractor.

A full lead free certificate is only needed once and a one time fee to register as lead free.The other test is a combination of visual and dust swipes. 

All of my competitors in the area have washer and dryers so I want to be competitive and reduce vacancies. 

Using cash is great to beat the competitor.
