Yes I have browsed BP for quite some time and love the resources here.

I'm brand new to Biggerpockets (been listening to podcasts and browsing through the forums/webinars for a few weeks now) and am interested in getting started in REI.

I have been interested in real estate for a long time, browsing properties even when I was in middle school.

I see cash flow opportunities in Tempe regularly when I’m browsing the MLS for my clients, but they almost always require some creativity, at least if we’re talking about strictly long term rentals.

@James Lanier In addition to the above, I would recommend just a general rental listing on the MLS as well, which typically tend to get great attention from people browsing on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, etc

Just browsing the MLS it appears that there are a good bit of multifamily units up there.

I would recommend networking and browsing the Cincinnati RE Investor Forums here on BP.  

I was just browsing Property Radar and it talks about CA.

One thing to keep in mind when browsing Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook, Rentometer, etc. to get rent estimates, is the time of year you are looking.
