@Kathy Fettke I recently joined RWN and was also referred by you all during my strategy session to Texas Turnkey.

During our strategy session it made sense to purchase 3 properties, given our upfront capital, need for only one credit check and utilizing a preferred lender who secured low rates for all three properties.  

She went through a four our training session and was hired at H&R Block.

There are 12+ people on the team in total.As you can imagine we do get a lot of calls and I assume that she did offer to set up a phone appointment, we call that a discovery session, with a member of our team.  

Sorry if this ended up just being a vent session but I am still pretty overwhelmed at how fast this situation seemed to escalate.

Ohio has all 4 sessions which can be very nice.

Still planning to be in sunny San Diego whether I can go or not; but I'd like to be able to go to sessions.

I would find a home counseling session (first step by going to their website) to sign up.

Looks like only about 7 cases are heard each time this court is in session.
