Update, On their Signature Wholesale Broker Channel, There is the ability not to do the deposit to work with them.

Then, look at any updates that might bring in MORE or HIGHER rents, such as kitchen, baths, fresh paint, clean floors (carpet or hard surfaces), ceiling fans, window AC units, etc.

I thought I'd give an update, I reached out to titan and they did exactly what I wanted.

By having shorter tenancies, you can do more preventative maintenance to take care of your property and make updates between tenants that allows you to increase rent even more.
