In my browsing, I came across this post by Tim Wieneke, in which he proposes the creation of an "Official Bigger Pockets Guide to Investing":http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/79/topics/35873-something-like-an-official-bigger-pockets-guide-to-investing-Such a resource seems ideal for someone in my position, but it looks as if it's either a work-in-progress or the idea has been dropped.I would consider taking an REI course, but the promotional materials for the ones I've come across seem pretty high on the BS scale, and stories of scam-artists abound, so I'm wary.

While I was checking out any new videos, I noticed this one: Josh and Nathan are secretly in lovewhere they're starting promotions on whatever the newest and most 'absolutely needed' system to make a million dollars since last weeks 'OMG FAQU' short sale 'system' was released or whatever :roll: Anyways, 11 seconds into the video, they google something where they highlight Josh's very own BP.
