If it is important to you and others I would be putting together a presentation for your local city council or county commissioners.

You mitigate risk by working with qualified council.

At the last city council the mayor made a motion to bring the STR policy back to the council.

@Bruce Woodruff It took me awhile to figure it out but when one has friends that end up as politicians (judges, city council members) and work for the infamous Charlie Wilson then one thinks a little different.

Here hereI sat in a town building council meeting last night watching multiple home owners arguing their case for variances for their personal building projects.

As you may already know, Council President Lisa Bender and Council Member Jeremiah Ellison are co-authoring a Renter’s Protections Ordinance set for adoption in early 2019.
