The fact is we just witnessed a very historic event, and I am proud of that.Our country has come a very long way in a short amount of time. 40+ years ago black folks were sent to the back of the bus, and today we elected our first President of African-American descent.That shows a lot about our country, and while I might not agree with his politics, I have never been more proud to be an American than I am tonight!

Once upon a time 10% was standard here ... but with the "forever ascending" real estate prices most Canadian markets have witnessed over the past two decades, deposits as a percentage of price tag have dropped dramatically.I disagree with @Arlan Potter, 10% is not way too much.
