A problem that I see all the time being in the construction industry is that sometimes people can have very un-realistic time frames/expectations for the size crew they're running.

None of which are currently available here, unfortunately.When you're analyzing a property, you can use whatever number you want.  25% is an unrealistically low number, though. 

., those along with other things can make living in a duplex seem unrealistic if your accustom to your 3 stall garage and man cave basement.That being said, if I was smarter and had given more thought to my financial future when I was 25 I would have house hacked several times over.

I think its unrealistic what the lender is asking for us to do.

Seller wants $300,000 (totally unrealistic).

I never thought it was violation of SCRA to deny me when they required a one year lease.In the case of denying a renewal of a lease because a service members orders would end, that would create a hardship that is unrealistic for the service member to overcome. 

Do not waste your time and energy on sellers who are unrealistic on price - just be polite and fastidious with following up.Overall, I'm pleased with my experiment into virtual wholesaling.

We utilized AMIG (American Modern) for awhile, but they started increasing the required coverage to levels that seemed unrealistic relative to the "real" values to repair/rebuild.
