I paid $40,000 for it in 2020 and put about $70k into the rehab.Some things we did: opened the kitchen to the main dining area, creating that open concept look/feel.

Basically the whole house will be bedroom or bathroom with the exception of the good-sized kitchen, large, open, dining room, and decent sized living room.
