All I know is that the state of Texas is sitting on a big hoard of cash they call "The Rainy Day Fund" and every session they are looking for new ways to spend it.  

As a whole, yeah, I think we probably do need some collective tradesman therapy sessions to maybe vent a bit and not take it out on the next client. 

Flexibility - So much necessary "life" was made impossible or difficult due to rigid scheduling and our culture's obsession with shaming folks for self care whether that is taking time for lunch with friends, vacation, doctor's appointments or therapy sessions! 

@Okey Lawrence  TREIA, Triangle Deal Maker Sessions, and a monthly Bigger Pockets get-together --that's a good combo of ways to cross paths with other investors in the area.

I read on VTSTRA https://vtstra.org/faqs that the h.200 bill is still a possibility for the 2022 legislative session.

I am logging phone calls and emails to subcontractors, lenders, insurance agents, bookkeeping sessions related to my real estate (the one property), drives to and from the property for rehab work sessions (I have a home office so its going from Business location A to business location B) and more things that you could easily claim are related to my investment property.

I'm not afraid to challenge anyone to a cold calling session in any market because I'm that good at it.

The Reia administrator offered coaching opportunities for $50 a month but offered two free sessions, so I figured I would try it out.

I want it to be about sharing ideas, not critiquing them -- lets try and keep this thread like a brainstorm session vs a place to debate the ideas.

While some do a live call every couple of weeks at best, Pace and his team provides dozens of hours of new content, live support, Q&A sessions each week.
