@Michael Haynes, thanks for your always so kind sharing.The seller brought the house 11 years ago and the county blueprint is the one when he brought but the seller added since then and he provided me a blue print said from architecture who did remodel work.

I am looking for a quote for construction only excluding all the soft costs like architectural,engineering, permit, etc.
