James Wise is obviously a hard working businessman and posting a question about if the properties are a scam is offensive to me. 

This amateur stuff and no offense but that is not likely a solid route to make it.Will you get a deal via those methods?

These comments really apply to all materials, not just to you or this program, don't take offense, but those who might be endorsing some method in RE may not know what they don't know. :)    

There is no such thing as worthless real estate means no offense but you can't be a true investor.

I use Frontline for a STR I have in Melbourne, Florida. 

BTW - that's a civil offense (aka a tort) called "Fraud in the Inducement" and you can be sued for it. https://legal-dictionary.thefr...Bind the contract with an absurdly low deposit, like $10.00.

I do not care about certain drug related offenses, like those involving marijuana, which is now legal in CO.
