This is my own personal choice, but so is my personal choice to seek as many different opportunities to continue to learn more about my profession as possible.As Joshua said, this could turn into a huge project to try to set up and implement and as somewhat of an outsider, I would question whether it truly is on par with the mission of BP.  

Bp is just not really the venue for those in the traning business it goes against the mission of the BP site... so again to reiterate the fact that you did not get the normal BP guru flame speaks volumes to what your students and many BP folks think of the your body of work.

rejection in many forms is SOP for door knocking  direct mail any type of advertising really.My first job way back when was selling Fuller Brush door to door.. much like being on a Mormom missions or a Witness coming to your door.. or selling magazines.. etc.good advise above.. when you knock on the door ALWAYS step back.. and down a step if there is one.. 

Mostly populated with guys that fell in love with knocking doors while on mormon missions.
