Hello all-  I bought and am gut-rehabbing a 1923 Sears craftsman-style bungalow to hold as a rental.  

We let them know what we value and tell them about our management style.  

Rents go from 900-1400C hoods are cottage style homes that are deemed functionally obsolete due to small sq footage, 1 bath, 2bed, etc.  

I hire out no work on these homes, and rehab them to a nice durable yet desirable style.

I do it open-house-style twice a week, usually once in the evening during the week, and during the day on the weekend.
