So he broke it down to me, whcih im sure this is nothing new to you.1st House (the one i talked about in the forms)He spends alot of money on data, and records software to track donw people.He ran every search known to man kind on this women, to find every child, she had, every husband, he ran her credit up into her last purchase before she passed away.

The money and free time are great but when 60 year old women thank you with tears in their eyes..Priceless..

I host a Real Estate Investor Meeting for Women on the Second Thursday of each month.

My contract prohibits it.I think S8 is great for those women who want to pull themselves out of poverty.  

The women I currently rent a bedroom from since last June will gladly write me a reference and will be issuing me a full security deposit refund as did all landlords previous to Quantum Management.

I could easily spend 10K in just the kitchen and women look at the kitchen and bathrooms.

One thing I learned was that there is a bit of exposure and I'd rather pay an experienced accommodation like Jack Shea to provide the service.Another thing I learned was that I have no use for all these women's shoes :-).
