Dock rash, going through shallows and dinging props, losing lower units, spilling drinks all over the boat, etc. it would require tons of maintenance, or at least cleaning between renters.

I'm 31 now but when I was 18-19 I had an issue with drinking and I contribute having a safe place to live away from where I grew up as a factor in turning my life around.
