The people who eat out every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and drain their bank accounts twice a month waiting for their next paycheck simply don't have a good grasp on their finances. 

I don't mean I have to be involved with your deals.. you can just use my volume to get ahead of the competition there.. you would owe me dinner and a fine bottle of wine is all next time I am in FLA  we buy in Orlando so no conflict with you

There is no free lunch... but if you work for it you can make a badass dinner.

I don't like people showing up at my house when I am in the middle of dinner with family, half dressed watching TV, in the middle of a long phone conversation, helping the kids with their homework or almost done cutting the grass.

It might be the delicious food lol

I promise you that once you do this, dinner conversation will be much better. 

After a few weeks of cold sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, and dinner hopefully someone breaks (the wife gets a job or the aunt gets disability)But seriously, I think you need to have a family meeting. 

Can the buyers buy you and your partner dinner for the inconvenience?

So how much can they lose that doesn’t cause: kids can’t go to college, have to sell their house, no more dinners out, etc   Determine their failure level or risk tolerance 5.  

Do it yourself and you will have the same LLC and money in your pocket for a nice steak dinner.
