I have added video cameras onsite for security and being able to monitor the property from a distance, and then I have found a local handyman that is interested in learning the business to do the weekly maintenance, cleanouts, etc. 

Also, for future issues like this, can you purchase a camera/dvr system and point it at the drop box?

I'm am comfortable enough with my own abilities to skip home inspections but I will often still pay someone to send a camera down the sewer line.

You will need cameras to keep employees honest if you go with live person model.
