Most successful real estate investors do not live and breath real estate 24/7.

The tenant wants the guy evicted, she doesn't (shouldn't) have to breathe these chemicals while on the property.  

We put lattice around a crawlspace to let it breathe and keep most critters out.

Asbestos is only harmful if it is air borne and you are breathing it in.

Finally in January of this year I was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea which through testing, the doctor discovered I stopped breathing and woke up nearly 23 times per hour throughout the entire night.

MAYBE if you included all utilities and water but I wouldnt hold my breath.

You will get burned out motors.The tenant will have higher utility costs.That air flow and air quality will be affected.The tenants could claim the unit was not working properly making you eat the cost of a service call.They could also complain of moisture problems because the property wasn't breathing properly with air circulation.Filters are cheap and repairs are expensive.I definitely would not leave it up to the tenants.

Unfortunately Bill has not only bought a dog, but he bought one with fleas, mange and bad breath :-)

If that condo is in litigation don't hold your breath.
