College is not necessarily the end all be all, but it does provide you with ample opportunities for refining a lot of those real-world skills.

He is responsible for the documentation, which includes a letter from the IRS, and he administrates everything for us including periodic paperwork updates.

I recommend finding a property that needs some updating, and not not using conventional mortgage- but rather a hard-money loan.

Plumbing Inspector came out and failed the plumbers for some work they did and also dinged me on simple repairs/updates I was doing in the house.

Wordpress is still used by majority of websites but a lot of Wordpress owners are slowly shifting away from it because of it being a super high maintenance site (updating theme, plugin, software, database, etc).
