Because Florida is a homestead state, we were able to do a "mini probate," which took less than 30 days.

If you do them all out of coldform it is the same as a standard mini storage meaning it all has to be screwed/bolted together in order for the structure to be stable.

He might very well have grossed 50 mil but we all know it cost probably 10k per buying unit in over head and TV and Radio to put their butts in the seats...I personally did a little mini Guru back in 2004 when I sold a bunch of Duplex's in Vancouver WA..

I opted to just include AC/Heat from mini-spit units in each apartment, and let the tenants keep their meters for anything that plugs into the walls and the lights, but it has been a great call.
