So for me, paying a couple hundred dollars to be able to put a sign in the yard, flyers, newspaper ads, TV ads, craigslist, facebook, Zillow, Trulia, MLS..

I have tried searching the papers….but didn’t get the right ones; I would like to know any resources like any websites, agency newspapers….from where you had luck.Please do help me...its serious!!!!

The city and newspapers put the screws to the landlords in the area.

You have to publish notices in the newspaper, have a court proceeding and I believe  the land contract vendee (buyer) has redemption rights,  all very costly procedures to be sure.
