Standard onboard horseplay evolved dumping a bucket of powder over someone's head, or into their clothes locker, filling their shoes with it, etc.The man later worked as a fireman for a large oil company - asbestos was handled the same way, you could not see across a daylight boiler room for the asbestos dust in the air, and on the night shifts he and his peers would take turns sleeping while buried in the dry asbestos in the back parts of the asbestos storage bins - with just their faces exposed.

The downside is, if you’re not vetting properly, you could run into a few wolves in sheep’s clothing.

The comments to live in a RV also make sense if you are into it, though you pretty much have to give up 90% of your possessions, clothes, etc. 

Clothing hand me downs.  

I want them to be able to save up money so they can go on expensive vacations and buy nice cars and wear nice clothes -- they will inspire their neighbors to do better and eventually increase the value of my property and the comps in the neighborhood. 

I have clean clothes too and do use them.

Copper wire conductors in NM sheathed cable or in rigid metal or PVC plastic conduit has been the norm since the mid-1970s, and there are currently no new innovations in the wiring materials themselves.Most houses I have issues are from the 1950s old rag wire with no ground the cloth is brittle from heating of the current over the years.Lots of flippers will cobble together a house, install new wire where they are forced too leave old rag wire to rot away.

It took the space where a clothes dryer would go. 

I suppose they are happy.then you have others that drive 100k cars and those car's are sitting the parking lot of the apartment they rent..Or buy really nice cloths and Jewelry... take great trips etc etc.its whatever floats your boat.for me it was airplanes I bought my first one when I was 25.. 5 planes later and a few million bucks .. could I have done better with real estate NO doubt never made a dime on any plane just spent big money on them.. but you can't take away the satisfaction of the ability to run down to the airport jump in my plane and in 3 hours be 750 miles away from where I live either doing business or some other neat adventure... would other people find the joy in this that I do  ... some yes.. some hell no.. they would think its a total waste of money.
