Weather or not this man is crazy enough to commit murder in cold blood is not something I or my dad would like to find out. 

Even replying to this thread has probably caused a slight jump in my blood pressure.  

This is my issue, all of the tenant know one another either by a blood relationship or close emotional ties and I am asking the tenants that have lived there for 5 years that have been on a month to month for the past 5 years to move out so I can move in. 

Reminds me of the movie, "There Will Be Blood".

If, for example you are hit by an 18 wheeler you can sue the driver and/or the company he works for and generally people elect to sue the company as it has more money while ignoring the driver entirely as ‘you can’t get blood from a stone’.

Looks like an old hot water heater with a pump to circulate the hot water out to the pool and back.
