I was hooked from my first bigger pockets podcast (by way of Stacking Benjamins - another great one) and am trying to learn as much as possible, reading a book a week, lurking on BP forums, analyzing deals in all possible down time, and now looking forward to learning from and meeting new folks on BP!

Hi @Benjamin Allen, I use a software program called You Need A Budget or YNAB.

@Benjamin Cowles  My 2 cents, if you need to amortize it over many years just to make it cash flow, it prob isn't a good deal.
