These platforms do not get involved in the transaction beyond the connection, and so any liquidity options and investor may have are simply what that sponsor has or has not offered in that individual fund/deal.

The best option is to put them on a payment program.

Still, wearing a bee-keeping suit would still be the best option.    

It's only been a week, but what are my options if they do not return and the RV just sits in the slot? 

There are several other Skip Tracing companies with flexible spending options, no high-cost monthly commitments.

I will explore all those options.

(with the DSCR loan to purchase moving faster ~ 2 weeks, it's conceivable we may be at the closing table faster than the HELOC closes).We are considering other options for the downpayment (approx $25K);   and then replenishing the funds with the HELOC cash once it hits.  

Due to personal faith based reason, I prefer to only invest in all cash deals that don't involve traditional financing (so typical passive RE options like syndications, RE funds with fixed returns, REITs etc are not a viable option for me). 

I’d rather pass this problem off & keep shopping options.
