I added 0.25'' to the width and height to accommodate for the bleed, then placed all text and logos inside a 0.25'' margin on all four edges for safety zone, so the printed card will extend further towards the edges.Thanks!

Back to the kitchens, I especially like the  (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!
