Back to the kitchens, I especially like the  (before) galley kitchen with the tile floor, and if there was a door opening at both ends at ADA specified widths that would be a nice feature too.Good Luck!

I don't know what put such a big chip on that shoulder V.G but feel free to stop flaunting it here via attacking Someone's CORRECT effort's at looking to BEST elevate themselves via the same thing the vast majority of great success's have; a COACH. 

But if you show that you have cash flow in your corporation, you’re head and shoulders above the rest.

Unless you have burned me in a deal then there shouldn't be any hostility, especially on bigger pockets... where we're a community of colleagues, a resource for learning, and a shoulder to lean on.

After that, there’s a shoulder season with plenty of weekend bookings, but once winter hits, things slow down a lot.

Shoulder seasons are long and the Spring is good.

Compound that with a squirrelly seller and tenant, and you’re not just seeing red flags, you’re being beaten about the head and shoulders with them.
