@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

All the while she continues to try to dig her heels in and milk the system even more than she already has (allegedly).This is not the first time this tenant has done this link

For the last 8 years I’ve seen inventory recycled multiple times.

I am on both sides of this, where I agree sellers should be treated a certain way, but I also think wholesalers provide a vital function, since there are many sellers who don't want to or can't work with agents for various reasons, and thus we have so much underutilized housing stuck in amber that needs to be recycled and put back into the supply.

The goal would be to recycle the money as many times as possible. 

Remember you are making an INVESTMENT not buying a gallon of milk at Wal-Mart. 

But, times change and as he says on the Big Short "that's spilt milk under the bridge".
