However, there are a fair amount of paint peeling, sagging wood homes and boarded up homes.With that said, $121k is not going to happen in the near future unless either the land bank has a 4.0 plan for this area (which they don’t), you  really spruce it up (ROI low), someone starts building condos as its near the highway entrance, or Cleveland Clinic just “floors it" on expansion plans.The comps and consistent condition of the other homes on the same block won't allow it.
