Husband gets arrested and we check online- he had a warrant for felony check fraud (from after they moved in) and he spends over a week in jail before posting bail.Fast forward again to the beginning of this month, we check in right away and they say they will pay soon and want to set up payments online which is great!

Keep track of it Bryan, some will lose their job, a few might be convicted, I doubt anyone goes to jail, the people that lost a home will barely be indemnified, if at all, beyound enough to pay initial attorney fees.

And it is absolutely criminal as I mentioned in a previous post and the people taking advantage of this moratorium should not only have to pay the back rent but they should have to pay a hefty fine to US and depending on how much they milked this moratorium they should do jail time.
