I think whatever the system is that gets implemented, there should be some explanation of it that is very easily discovered so everyone knows what the points are measuring....This could be accomplished by making a hyperlink to the explanation page from the word "Influence" next to the number alongside every post.

One piece of advice I would do is take a good look in the “mirror” and figure out what you are good at and what you are not good at.

A few states have adopted their own protocols, but they mostly mirrored asbestos and lead protocols because they didn’t know what else to do.
