Whoever is holding the ball gets the foul and that can also go all the way back to who manufactured that ball.A broker or anyone facilitating a sale of a note can be in the middle of any action as well, the more the merrier.

Lastly, in each and every fractionalized note, I have my licensed broker notably facilitate the transaction, but he also acts as the admin for each oft he lenders on the note which includes collecting the payments (if payments are part of the note), filing for foreclosure in the event of default ( which has never happened and won't because I would never allow it to go that far), and handle all the paperwork on behalf f all the lenders.

We've had several agents now that have brought us more than one buyer, and this was facilitated by our meeting at the closing, where my wife (my agent) spent a bunch of time building a relationship.Ultimately, whenever these agents get a new client, they call us first to see what inventory we have because they want to work with us again...For those who look at this as a business, remember that a successful business is built around customer loyalty (repeat customers and customer referrals)...if you're not attending your buyer closings, you're missing a great opportunity to build a long-term relationship with your customers (both buyers and their agents)...
