Rehab included granite in kitchen, upgrades in ceramic tile, new cabinets, create a informal dining space in kitchen with granite bar, all new window, architectural shingles, upgraded vanities, etc.  

Some people may call you out for the light fixture being too taste specific in the dining room, but it doesn't bother me.

Pretty much anywhere in WA is pretty safe because it's City of Charleston, so transit, shopping, dining, etc are all more present than some of the surrounding areas. 

A hotel seems like a pretty ideal building to convert since it has the bedrooms, bathrooms, "cafeteria", common rooms, and dining space already built-in.

I had a simple Excel spreadsheet that tracked fixed expenses like mortgage, insurance, utilities, etc, and it also had columns for food, dining out, clothing, etc.  

Moving to the west Miramar has lots of activities, dining, golf and of course the beaches.  

For instance, removing dining rooms and reducing living rooms.
