I didn't know about the "doctor" loan 

I did not check his current residency and pervious employment which i am not sure if he had. his parents, both doctors will be his guarantor and they own a home .

We are not RENTING TO DOCTORS..

An example I had was on a commercial dentist practice building which was referred to me I was able to get a doctor as a private investor who consider if the risky client did not pay he would foreclose and open a second practice at said location.

(After 10+ years wholesaling, I am still looking for those people :-))You wouldn't go to your eye doctor to have your gall bladder removed. 

About 3 years ago my doctor and I were comparing properties , we both paid the same $400K , he was in Canton , I was in Severna Park .

We decided to just rent one for the time being--one of those rug doctors that they have at Ingles--but we'll probably look back into the question after we buy our first property.

may sound confrontational, but just because you might willingly swallow a new pill prescribed by your doctor, that does not mean you should blindly follow advice from your legal team. ( You pay doctors and lawyers, but it is actually up to YOU to do follow the right path.

They rent easily, attract high quality tenants (doctoral students and young professionals), and they offer lots of value-add opportunities.  

Most of our customers are in the medical field, primarily traveling nurses/doctors, since we are minutes away from several hospitals such as Cleveland Clinic (Main Campus) and University Hospital (Main Campus).I am the primary handyman when I am home and one of the people who manages the property in case any of the residents need anything.
