Not essential but I've used it for other things and it's really cool when you are building out a new process, design, or work flow with your team as well.

Construction Costs and Building Phases - How do you calculate per-home construction costs for tract developments?

We happened to already have an RV hookup with power/water/sewer, plus a small bathroom building nearby that's about 10x10 split in half, one side with a toilet/sink/shower and the other with a washing machine.

I got lucky and a tenant eagerly wanted to rent the entire building, and they were perfectly cool with a carpet over it.

If there are other small lots around that neighborhood, the zoning board likely will approve some kind of building though.
