In working toward that goal we are currently pursing some easier to attain single family homes that we can fix and flip.  

I like your ambition, and I think you should go for the purchase which is very attainable/realistic.  

It may not depend on what the degree is, but attaining the degree shows commitment and follow through, two characteristics held high in much of society.

I am motivated to keep pushing on to attain all my goals!

It's funny to me that to set yourself free from money and still maintain a decent lifestyle requires a lot of work and focus on attaining money first.

I am closing on a foreclosure property that is occupied. How do I go about getting the keys and getting the people out in a legal and fast manner? I am uncertain if the occupants are the owners or if they are tenants....
