Did you account for these cost such as advertising, promotions, etc....Double check your pad/rental rates, appear to be $495/month from the 19 units generating $9400/month....Are there other buildings/amenities that may need servicing within the park?

I have seen many articles on bigger pockets about Short Sale Riches, the McLaughlin and Jurewicz program, but what I haven't seen, is any evidence that anyone has achieved anywhere near the level of success that is promoted on the Short Sales Riches website.
